Origin Palma Nova

Carrer Cala Blanca 1 Marina Arcades, 07181 Palma Nova, Balearic Islands

If you’re looking for a rooftop vibe in Palma Nova, then Origin is it. Origin is a stunning spot set on an elevated terrace with fantastic views of the bay. They even open in the early winter months, unlike most restaurants in the area, with heated fairy-lit pods set up on their terrace to still make the most of their great views in a cosy setting. The food is excellent, Mediterranean, with Tapas, fresh fish, and quality meats all available. Combined with great cocktails and very friendly service to match. We have really enjoyed many visits here.

The Olive Tree

Carrer Cala Blanca, 1, 07181 Torrenova, Illes Balears

It is located in the same bay below Origin. The largely alfresco restaurant has a real rustic charm with olive wood tables, an Olive Tree in the middle of the restaurant, and plenty of natural foliage, giving the restaurant a rustic charm and a modern, chilled vibe. We love their take on a bottomless Spanish Tapas-style brunch. The menu includes a great selection of Tapas dishes, fresh seafood, salads, pasta, and a great range of quality meats. The Calamari & Lamb were delicious! 

La Vista

Carrer Martín Ros García, 6, local 4, 07181 Palmanova, Illes Balears

It is a family-run restaurant with highly attentive and friendly service. It is a perfect spot for food with an excellent array of cocktails on offer. The Cava Sangria and Mai Tai were excellent. The food offered is varied, including fresh Tapas, salads, burgers, sandwiches, grilled meats, seafood, Paellas, and Wok and pasta dishes. All are excellent quality and good value with substantial portions. The Tuna tataki and seabass are particularly good. There’s also a fresh children’s menu available.

Overall we had a great time and would certainly recommend La Vista for a relaxed meal in a stunning spot.

Siso Beach

Full beach restaurant vibes, with cool tunes, fantastic world-influenced food, and top-draw cocktails, all in the perfect beachfront location! An exciting menu packed full of some of my absolute favourites: scallops, Lobster Surf & Turf, Beef Wellington, incredible meats, pizza, pasta, and so much more.

A venue where you can while away the day and party into the evening.

Tandoori Nights

Carrer Duc Estremera, 7, 6, 07181 Palmanova, Illes Balears

We know how tricky it can be to find a quality Indian restaurant on the Island. In Palma Nova, this is a great spot to get your Indian fix. This is our favourite local Indian restaurant, with consistently great food and fresh flavours. We have always experienced friendly and efficient service. They offer all the classic dishes, and it is really reasonably priced.

Restaurant Ajimoli

Av. de la Platja, 7, 07181 Calvià, Illes Balears

This is slightly off the beaten track but well worth seeking out. It is an absolute gem of a Tapas restaurant; the quality of the food and the price are excellent. It’s also a good option for breakfast or a light lunch.
